7.2 AI Podcast Generation

JobTunes uses the OpenAI API to process user-submitted data and generate AI-powered podcasts tailored to career development. By submitting data for podcast generation, you:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Grant JobTunes a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the generated content in connection with the Service.
• Acknowledge that AI-generated podcasts are automated outputs and may not be 100% accurate.
• Accept that AI-generated content is provided "as is" without warranties or guarantees.

7.3 Data Processing & Privacy

• Price: $9.99/week
• Auto-renewal: Renews automatically every 7 days unless canceled.

Monthly Plan:

• Access: Up to 50 podcasts per month (each up to 60 minutes).
• Includes: All features of the Weekly Plan, plus:
• Price: $29.99/month
• Auto-renewal: Renews automatically every 30 days unless canceled.

13.2 Subscription Terms

These subscription plans are available for purchase and use on:

• The JobTunes mobile app (via Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
• The JobTunes website at www.jobtunes.ai.

13.3 Billing & Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. Charges will be made to your selected payment method (e.g., Apple ID, Google account, or credit/debit card on the web).

13.4 Managing or Canceling Your Subscription

• For app users: Manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• For web users: Manage or cancel your subscription through your JobTunes account settings on the website.

13.5 Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. Canceling a subscription prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing period.

13.6 Changes to Subscription Plans

We reserve the right to update subscription pricing or features. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any changes that may affect their plan.
